Lambda Tory Deputy Prime Minister Carolyn Powers, MP, of Toklas Province, will be the acting prime minister during the coronary heart surgery that Mr. Decelles-Smith will undergo next Tuesday, March 9. The prime minister underwent a quadruple CABG in June of 2003. He also is in remission from non-Hodgkins lymphoma since 2008.

In letters addressed to the Governor General, Dr. Lee Dorsey, and the Liberal Leader of the Opposition, Ms. Sandra Lubrano, the transfer of Tory leadership and head of government to Ms. Powers will begin on Tuesday, March 9 and will remain until he leaves the surgical theatre and his recuperation in hospital.

GOVERNOR GENERAL DISCLOSES MORE ORDER OF LAMBDA RECIPIENTS

The Right Honourable Dr. Lee Dorsey, Governor General of the Dominion of Lambda, in consultation with the Prime Minister Raymond Decelles-Smith and Leader of the Loyal Opposition Sandra Lubrano, today announced that there are six women and men from Uganda who have been secretly awarded the Order of Lambda , since their lives are in jeopardy due to the Ugandan legislation that would make "homosexuality" a capital crime.

In addition to these six anonymous persons, the Dominion of Lambda has awarded the Order of Lambda, the highest civilian honour, to Mrs. Claire Fauci and to Mrs. Jennifer Litton-Tidd of the United States of America., at the behest of the Tory conference and the Prime Minister. The first such honours were given to Theodore Olson and David Boies, Ms. Perry and Stier, and Messrs. Katami and Zarrillo at the traditional date for the Honours List this year.

In addition, GLBT activists Eric Ross and Mark Desmond of California, and Monica Meyer of Minnesota were also honoured at the request of the Liberal caucus in the House of Commons.

REACTIONARY DOMINIONIST THEOCRATS from the United States of America, where many dual nationals of the Dominion of Lambda live in diaspora, have decided to find proxy nations in which to "dress rehearse" the holocaust they would like to visit upon all GLBT persons worldwide, and especially in the United States of America. These right wing religionists want their beliefs to express the will of all civil and secular governments and the laws they enact. They find that death,by execution, "conversion therapies", or life incarcerations should sentence all our brothers and sisters, and our families and friends who conceal and harbour us should also receive long years of incarceration.

The Governor General of Lambda, Ms. Lee Dorsey, representing HM the Queen, has awarded the Order of Lambda to Ms. Wendy Leigh, a dual national of the Dominion of Lambda and the United States of America, for her work in the promotion of essential Human Rights in the nation of Uganda.

The former British colony and Commonwealth member underwent many different reactionary governments and dictatorships in its short history of independence, including the horrific Idi Amin of several decades past. Now, of course, the Right Wing totalitarian theocrats, the FAMILY has convinced right wing reactionary Ugandans to issue a death sentence to all our GLBT brothers and sisters, and long periods of incarceration for family and friends who protect them.

LAMBDA FAMILIES IN DIASPORA PASSES PARLIAMENT

The Lambda Parliament today unanimously passed a resolution to form the

LAMBDA FAMILIES IN DIASPORA

as a means of organising and protecting GLBT/LGBT families worldwide from serious oppression including lifetime incarceration and capital punishment.

Some nations are so malevolent and cruel as to imprison family and friends who harbour our GLBT brothers and sisters for up to a decade. The Government sadly noted that the United States of America is also considered a " nation of continued concern" for its strong reactionary wing, both secular and theocratic, who are intent on denying Marriage Equality rights for our families, many of whom hold dual nationality with us, and are therefore accurately identified as "Lambda Families in Diaspora." Moreover, the Lambda government and opposition leader both noted that reversals by referenda has been successful in the United States to thwart both legislative and judicial decisions to grant full marriage equality and a host of other civil rights legislation.

The prime minister and opposition leader noted with sadness that the Government of the United States under President Barack H. Obama is equally unwilling to become the "fierce advocate" that he promised during the campaign despite his pragmatic centrist politics and policies. " This reality causes us to express our intent to protect dual nationals of the US and Lambda in the event that the Supreme Court of the United States permanently adjudicates in favour of reactionary laws that codify the inferior rights of GLBT Americans."

It is expected that the Perry, Stier, Katami and Zarrillo v Schwarzenegger lawsuit will proceed from district court to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and is expected to reach the Supreme Court by the 2012 session.

LAMBDA GOVERNMENT PUSHES FOR INCREASED IMMIGRATION.

The Tory government, with much support from the Liberal opposition bench, today suggested some goals to create both immigration to the Dominion of Lambda, and the formation of international embassies throughout the world with the intent to find safe sovereign territories in which to act and to have protection from homophobic nations.

Prime Minister Decelles-Smith and Opposition Leader Lubrano met in a show of support for the many Lambdans in diaspora and in distress to the point where they fear for their very lives.

In the Marriage Equality nations, eight and growing, and in some EU nations where federal partnership rights trump true equality, there is support for the Lambdan nation. In the USA, it is clear that the Perry v Schwarzenegger lawsuit will either produce marriage equality or lay the groundwork for a right wing push for recriminalisation and worse.

In order for the American GLBT/LGBT community to have a unified voice to speak to asylum in other nations, they will require a strong coalition already in place for the world's nations to reply to a group rather than to individuals or couples.

The best legal strategists suppose that the federal and appeals court will happen this year or early the next, and that the SCOTUS will entertain this topic during their Oct 2011-2012 session.

HM, the Queen, Sovereign of the Order of Lambda has ann0unced the following persons for the Honours List for the 2010 recipients.

The Right Honourable Lee Dorsey, Governor General of Lambda heads the list of honoured persons. The Right Honourable Raymond Decelles-Smith, Prime Minister of Lambda and the Right Honourable Sandra Lubrano, Leader of the Loyal Opposition are included in the recipients. The deputy prime minister and the deputy leader of the loyal opposition, Ms. Carolyn Power and Mr. Pall Heinar Einarsson, were also awarded the Order of Lambda.

The most unusual Honours List includes some pioneer LGBT/GLBT recipients in the Republic of Uganda who are named by the Sovereign "in pectore" due to the danger to their very lives if named. The Government of Lambda will notify the recipients of the Order of Lambda from Uganda quietly so not to alert the Ugandan officials intent on either executing or imprisoning them.

There are also three other recipients from subsaharan Africa who are also in nations where their lives are also in danger, and were also named "in pectore" to protect their identities.

Tory Prime Minister Raymond Decelles-Smith notified the Governor General and the Leader of the Loyal Opposition that the Government has announced a special session of Parliament for the following dates in 2009.

The dates that the Parliament will be in session during the holiday recess is December 21-23 and again December 27-30, 2009.

Lambda celebrates Christmas Day on December 25 and Boxing Day on December 26.

Liberal Leader Sandra Lubrano commented upon the prime minister's call for a special session by stating that it is her hope that the session will address international environmental concerns and the international attempt by reactionary forces to legislate the execution of GLBT citizens or to imprison GLBT and friends and families who harbour them for long sentences. The Uganda issue, and international media complicity in the theocratic reactionary strategies were specifically mentioned by her.

In reply, the prime minister reiterated his pledge that there are international issues that have no partisan flavour and that all Lambda citizens in diaspora worldwide must support efforts to suppress it. He again mentioned that the political, economic and religious pieces must converge to create solutions.

HOUSE OF COMMONS IN SEASONAL RECESS

The House of Commons went into recess today following the last session before the Christmas holiday and will return on January 2, 2010. The Senate will recess tomorrow at noon to receive any last minute bills submitted by the government.

ANGLICAN PRIMATE CONGRATULATES FELLOW LESBIAN BISHOP

A congratulatory press release by the Office of the Primate of the Anglican Church of Lambda to the Episcopal Church USA upon the election by the Diocese of Los Angeles, California of the Reverend Canon Mary D. Glasspool , 45, as suffragan bishop of the diocese. Under Anglican canon law, the entire Church must ratify the election at a special convocation for that purpose nationally.

It is expected that renegade groups from within and without the ECUSA will voice their opposition to Canon Glasspool's election, and will try to thwart the approval process.

The Most Reverend Rowan Williams, the honourary primate of the Worldwide Anglican Communion announced his sadness and displeasure at the election of the openly lesbian bishop-elect who has a significant relationship blessed by religious and civil marriage.

LAMBDA ANGLICAN PRIMATE SPEAKS....

The Most Reverend Elizabeth Rowen-Leigh , Archbishop of Jamestown, and Primate of the Anglican Church of Lambda, today joined other Lambda hierarchs in condemning the Ugandan government new genocide law against GLBT persons in their country, with the open complicity of the "Family" and other homophobic American fundamentalist cults, and the silent support of such groups as the Roman Catholic Church and the uberconservative and homophobic segment of Anglicanism, led worldwide by the "Anglican antipope", Dr. Peter Akinola, Archbishop of Lagos, Nigeria.

The Anglican Church of Lambda is not a member of the worldwide Anglican Communion, but has sacramental intercommunion with the more liberal communions within Anglicanism, or at least tacit support for its virtual existence as an expression of Anglican faith and practice. The Anglican body ordains women to all grades of Holy Orders, and yet, has the sensitivity to ordain male bishops in a strict line of male Anglican Apostolic Succession with Old Catholic lineage or Anglo-Catholic witness. This group is led by the coadjutor archbishop of Jamestown, Dr. Mark Upson-Downey.

Archbishop Rowen-Leigh is also a member of the Royal Lambda Council of Churches and helped author, along with all religious leaders, a reply to the so-called Manhattan Declaration in NY, USA, called the Jamestown Proclamation. " There are now several women Anglican primates, and this offends those who are equally homophobic. The two implosive issues that inform most schisms have credence with those who see the Church imbued with the sins of homophobia and patriarchalism. Both are a stench in the nostrils of Christ, who sees no difference in the sexes as relates to Christian witness, either in the pew or the pulpit." " The integrity of the Eucharist is not compromised by our feminine hands."

" The silent complicity of all Christians to this Ugandan genocide will rank among those Churches, especially Roman Catholicism, who stood silent while proof of Hitler's Holocaust was evident without question during WWII. It seems that for some Churches, who have witnessed theocratic rule under fascist and totalitarian governments, never cease to both support and appease their nefarious strategies."

CONVERSATIONS WITH LAMBDA'S PRIMATES...

This series of dialogues will include the leader of every religious body legally operative in the Dominion of Lambda. The first such interview is with the Most Rev. Norbert Breault, DD, LLD, the primate of the Lambda National Catholic Church, and the Uniate Eparchical diocese, the Catholic Apostolic Diocese in Lambda. Archbishop Breault is same-sex married and the father of several children.

In a recent interview, Archbishop Breault commented upon his life in the ecclesial closet and the angst it created internally, and of course, the "mixed outcomes" of approval and denigration he received from many different populations.

THE HISTORY OF THE CHURCH

The elected primate of the Lambda National Catholic Church ( male and female clergy ) and its uniate, Catholic Apostolic Diocese (male clergy only), was the choice for both disciplinary and theological camps. The unity of "Catholic faith and practice" was a "bridge too far" between liberal and conservative Catholic camps freed from Papal authority and obedience. However, the archbishop saw a "uniate option" that satisfied both camps. A male-only Apostolic Succession without compromise defines the Catholic Apostolic eparchial diocese.

At the present time, only the LNCC bishop ordinary of Toklas Provincial diocese is a lesbian. Bishop Ellen Townsend-Beauregard was a former Roman Catholic nun with appropriate theological training. To show his commitment, Archbishop Breault ordained her deacon, priest and was the principal at her episcopal consecration. To satisfy those Toklas parishes who still believe in an all-male clergy have Auxiliary Bishop Thomas Callahan for sacramental confirmations. Callahan is a former Roman Catholic priest who accepts women in Orders, but who was consecrated a bishop by Archbishop Breault and two other male bishops.

Like the Greek Orthodox, the Roman Catholics now refer to the ordination of bishops as "episcopal ordinations" as opposed to the now archaic term " episcopal consecrations." The LNCC still uses the term "consecration" however.

The Roman Catholic Church is forbidden to ecclesiastically operate within the Dominion of Lambda. The Vatican does not recognise the legitimacy of either the nation or the validity of the Catholic jurisdiction who ordain women or openly gay men . It has indicated that the Uniate Diocese has "sacramental validity" due to provable Roman Succession. Archbishop Breault says that he wears Roman opposition like a" badge of honour." " Like the Great Schism and the Reformation," said Breault, "the third millennium schism will end Patriarchalism and Homophobia forever within both branches and twigs of the Mystical Body of Christ, and the Catholic Faith as we retain and practice it."

Roman Catholic chaplains attached to foreign embassies are given diplomatic visas to serve the needs of embassy personnel only. Any Roman Catholic cleric or layperson who attempts to practice Papal Catholicism in any form outside embassy property will be dismissed from Lambda. In fact, any person attached to any religious or philosophical body who advocates the promulgation of laws contrary to the Lambda Constitution are in contravention of federal law.

THE CONFESSIONS OF SAINT AUGUSTINE, REDUX.

Archbishop Breault is a 64 years old Canadian native. He began his theological studies following the completion of his undergraduate studies in philosophy. The young theological seminarian educated himself at the Roman Catholic seminary in Paris, when a chance meeting with a French Christian Catholic priest (Old Catholic) changed his life. Breault left the Roman obedience in his freshman year and transferred to the University of Berne, Switzerland - the principal Old Catholic seminary in Europe or elsewhere. Old Catholic Churches of the Utrecht Union are in France, Austria, Germany, Poland and Switzerland as well as the Nederland. Father Breault served in both French and Swiss diocesan parishes for a decade or more.

Returning to Canada in 1981, Father Breault met and partnered with Ian McCullough, a Scottish immigrant. Without a canonical outlet other than the Polish National Catholic Church, Father Breault met bishops with Old Catholic jurisdictions outside Utrecht, and bishops in communion with the Catholic Apostolic Church of Brazil, and bishops consecrated by the Vietnamese archbishop of Hue and brother of the late South Vietnamese president, namely Archbishop Ngo Dinh Thuc. Forming a Canadian Old Catholic jurisdiction with conservative views, Breault was episcopally ordained or consecrated by bishops and archbishops from all known Roman and Orthodox Church Apostolic Succession in diaspora at that time, including the Thuc and Duarte Costa lines. " The purpose of this Succession interest was to assure all clergy and laity that the validity of all seven sacraments were beyond disputation by any mainline Apostolic Church."

THE SELF-LOATHING OPEN CLOSETED YEARS

Archbishop Breault spoke openly and candidly about his years as a closeted chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces and as a bishop in an Old Catholic jurisdiction. " The Roman Catholic bishop and I were friends, and my true nature and relationship was a 'nod and wink' unspoken acceptance between us", Breault asserted. " In my defence, if any is permitted or accepted", is that we were still considered sick when I was ordained in 1970 and certainly Canadian law was not accepting at that time. The Churches, including Old Catholic and National Catholics, were as homophobic as Rome remains today. It is also true that SCOBA Eastern Orthodoxy is also homophobic."

THE ROAD TO ACCEPTANCE AND "OUTNESS"

Archbishop Breault suffered a heart attack in 2003. A quadruple cardiac arterial bypass graft followed. To add more to misery, a recuperative Breault suffered advanced stage non-Hodgkins Lymphoma with surgery, chemotherapy and radiation a year later. It was during this time that Breault came out, and married. He had retired from armed forces chaplaincy, and regardless, the Marriage Act in Canada was signed by Royal Assent in 2005.

Breault and his husband and children moved to Lambda last year, and was present at its birth.

He humbly served as an auxiliary bishop of Wilde Diocese until his election and elevation as archbishop of Jamestown and LNCC/CAD primate earlier this year.

LAMBDA NATIONAL CATHOLIC PRIMATE ADMONISHES "HOLY SEE"

The primate of Lambda's GLBT affirming "independent" Catholic jurisdictions, the Lambda National Catholic Church and the more conservative Catholic Apostolic Diocese in union with it, again reiterated his views on the Roman Catholic "scorched earth open warfare" against Lambda and all GLBT activists where both equality's presence or absence is noted.

" You must understand their appeals to Scholasticism and Natural Law in terms of their strategy to blame their worldwide paedophile scandals and coverups by hierarchs as part of the GAY CONSPIRACY. In this scenario, "paedophile homosexual priests" flooded seminaries several decades ago. Working on the premise that they could hide and do their "nefarious deeds" in Holy Orders, they "forced" cardinals and archbishops and bishops....blameless heterosexuals.....to protect "Holy Mother the Church" from these malevolent men.

The Paedophile Scandals have cost much damage to the Roman Catholic brand. It has cost millions of souls and billions of currency payments worldwide. Roman Catholic bishops have hired communication specialists and national lobbyists to speak for them away from media spotlights as often as possible. Make no mistake, to the Vatican, paedophile scandals were done because of all gay priests and bishops.....and the Church must purge all such men from their ranks. This purge includes all men who have monogamous and consentual sexual relations with other adults, often other priests.

The opposition to Marriage Equality and Abortion issues have polled as "positive positions" for the Roman Church to espouse with intensity and vigour. The LNCC primate has advocated a vanguard of Old Catholic and liberal Churches to counteract this worldwide crusade against same-sex families and their civil rights nationwide.

DEPUTY LIBERAL LEADER EINARSSON IN ICELAND ON MISSION

The Right Honourable Pall Heinar Einarsson, MP, the Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party is on an extended stay in the Republic of Iceland (ISLAND) in order to build Liberal Party support with Lambda's GLBT community in exile in Europe. Statistics suggest that support for Lambda emanates mostly from the two Americas.

An official statement from the Liberal Party headquarters said that the deputy leader was most suited to build Liberal party numbers abroad, and especially in Europe. Iceland and Finland and Denmark do not have marriage equality laws, as does both Norway and Sweden. Europe is a combination of nations with full marriage equality and others with some form of national domestic partnership rights.

Lambda's two "official" languages, French and English, does not provide the full picture. National languages from the world over are spoken in Lambda. GLBT persons come from all five continents and from all languages and cultures.

The Lambda Conservative Party commented indirectly on the Einarsson initiative, but indicated that the Tory government was considering a similar effort to its dual citizens in diaspora worldwide.

LIBERAL LEADER EXTENDS POLITICAL ORTHODOXY REMARKS

In light of Tory Prime Minister Decelles-Smith's speech on political orthodoxy, the Liberal Leader Sandra Lubrano answered media requests for additional commentary on the issue raised by Mr. Decelles-Smith two days ago. In his remarks, the prime minister had suggested that the leader of the opposition agreed with his remarks on political orthodoxy necessary for successful governance.

" The Prime Minister and I agree that politicians must 'stand for principles that their party presents as informative in creating legislation," replied Mrs. Lubrano. " However, we Liberals do not march 'lockstep' as do the Tories when they form a government," she replied." This having been said, the Liberal Party members in Parliament are aware that party discipline requires their vote in closed votes. We do not tolerate or accept lack of support on Liberal legislation emanating from the party conference."

In the Lambda Parliament, either Tory or Liberal MP's are required to vote with their party on party line CLOSED votes, although are permitted to vote their conscience on OPEN votes if they are back benchers. Cabinet and Shadow ministers must always vote with their party on all issues, or resign their posts.

In closing, the Liberal Leader of the Opposition spoke clearly about "liberal and progressive-led governments worldwide" who betray GLBT citizens in their countries. He hoped that the Canadian Tory moderates and progressives would again take leadership control over the Conservative message in Canada devoid of homophobic agendae.

Mr. Decelles-Smith mirrored this commentary with a view of US GLBT politics in particular. "The Republican party was once a cohesive body of integral parts. There was the Eastern liberal wing and the Midwest moderate wing and the black minority wing in the South under Jim Crow." Moreover, these theocratic pronouncements both incite murderous violence worldwide and give sustenance to Islamic theocracies who proscribe scriptural conviction and summary execution.

GLBT and Affirming Clergy should no longer harbour the belief that the Marriage Equality issue is a patriarchal and heterosexist defence of the culture of "marriage". To disabuse oneself of this canard is to observe HATE INC. worldwide opposing any form of civil contract, whether it is called civil marriage, civil union, or registered domestic partnership. These " Harbingers of Hate" want to remove all "pretenses of legal connexion" between same-sex couples. These Christian right wing activists assert that we GLBT persons have no moral standing for our subjective political position. Moreover, these homophobic hierarchs contend that we are devoid of any spiritual or moral guidance because we have no theistic basis for our beliefs. Throughout the world, while we witness yet another nation, Portugal, adding its name to the rolls of nations with full GLBT equality, or other nations providing federal partnership rights, the international HATE INC CRUSADE marches on, with victories in the United States....removing regional rights hard won in either courts or legislatures. In Australia, these Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant forces are united in fighting civil union statutes."

" In these hostile homophobic nations, especially in the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Australia, the issue is silence and lack of one leader to guide their efforts. Let us be clear. The mainline international Churches use intimidation and removal of retirement and other safety nets to silence internal opposition. Men or women in middle or advanced age can ill afford to not consider these outcomes. Beyond this, we note that HATE INC is both organised and united in their efforts. GLBT and affirming clergy fight both internal opponents as well as the external enemy. The Governor General of Lambda, Ms. Lee Dorsey, declared that Thursday, November 27, 2009 would be observed as Thanksgiving Day in Lambda for the year 2009. Thanksgiving Day is celebrated only in the United States of America and Canada.

Canada, however, celebrates the holiday on the second Monday in October as opposed to the third Thursday in November in the United States. Prior to the election of the first Parliament this year, the provisional government had established the U.S. Thanksgiving date for Lambda.

The Governor General read the Thanksgiving Edict issued by the Crown, and in representing HM the Queen Elizabeth II, the Crown representative said in part:

" This year, we established the fact that the Dominion of Lambda would be one of three nations who will stop and offer thanksgiving, each according to their own customs and beliefs, on the day that the United States established for this holiday celebration. The Royal Lambda Council of Churches today issued their final communique and reply to the Manhattan Declaration". A copy of the reply follows:

" The Manhattan Declaration is the predictable alliance between the German Catholic pope and the Nigerian Anglican primate giving gravitas to old names in the American right wing theocratic movement.

These voices are proof positive that " politics make for strange bedfellows." Outside a theological proscription against abortion and homosexuality for their own Church believers, these " Harbingers of Hate" have decided to engage in hardball civil politics to merge canon and civil law with an exclusion of all liberal and progressive religious voices and those wholly secular voices who want an absolute divorcement between Church and State.
No list of these malevolent theocrats is necessary. A quick perusal provides one with a long list of veteran advocates of intolerance and HATE INC activism. They are joined by the largest Christian denomination on the planet, and its most internationally successful Reformation schism, the worldwide Anglican Communion, presently in the throes of schism, picked apart by both Catholics and Protestants seeking their clergy and their flocks. The strength of their numbers in the United Kingdom and the old Dominions have decreased, but the subsharan African British Empire yields vibrant branches of the Canterbury Confession.
Subsaharan Africa is a "tale of two countries". It is also the opposing witnesses of two men. Both men are African. Both men are Anglican archbishops. Both men are heterosexual and married. Both men led the Anglican Church in their separate nations.

Dr. Peter Akinola, of Lagos, Nigeria is the current primate of Nigeria. In contravention of Anglican canon law, Akinola has given "episcopal oversight" to dioceses and parishes worldwide who oppose same-sex marriage and GLBT equality on the civil level. Far beyond Anglican theology and canon law, Akinola has sought to create a second Canterbury, and forced a centrist, powerless and ineffective honourary world primate to support his coup d'etat, or face the loss of the largest Church in the communion.
Nigeria is a nation with a divided theistic allegiance and simultaneously, a fascist right wing totalitarian state. Nigeria is divided among Christians and Muslims. The fight for flocks are fierce. Nigeria is an oil-rich nation with the stark presence and absence of wealth and abject poverty. Nigerian criminals operate scams and schemes known the world over. Shari'a law in Nigeria wants the legalised murder of gays and lesbians. Dr. Akinola believes in a "humane "alternative of life imprisonment as well as blessing the Muslim GLBT holocaust. The ineffectiveness of the Archbishop of Canterbury is worse when the "first among equals" has been usurped by this Christian fakir. His views, or more his " prayerful winks" on cultural polygamy is a matter of record beyond conjecture.
The subsaharan African nations once colonies of France, Belgium and Portugal have a Roman Catholic majority presence. Whereas observance is low in Europe, these former colonies boast a vibrant uberconservative Catholicism in full agreement with the German fuhrerpapen. Both he and former President Nelson Mandela advocated for FULL marriage equality for same-sex couples. Dr. Tutu stands in compassionate contrast to the malefactor, Dr. Akinola.
There is nothing new in the Manhattan Declaration but a regurgitation of conclusions emanating from Catholic Scholasticism, Natural Law, and their pseudo-scientific definition of "objective disorder" they proclaimed. Not since the Galileo and Copernican adjudications has the Roman Catholic Church engaged in faux science in opposition to the world psychiatric and psychological societies. Moreover, no pope since Pius IX lost the Papal States in 1870, or in 1918 when WWI proclaimed the death of the Hapsburg Holy Roman Empire or in 1974 when Franco's death ushered in the end of Roman Catholic monopolistic theocracy in Fascist Spain, has the Vatican pseudo political state engaged in international civil hardball politics..
Both as pope now, and cardinal inquisitor then, Josef Ratzinger has decided to blame the paedophile scandals on gay brother cardinals, archbishops, bishops, monsignori, priests, deacons, monks and nuns. The bait and switch scapegoating explains the strategy. The carrot and stick hardball politics is the result of two millennia of theocratic history in Western civilisation.
The Manhattan Declaration's purpose is to both confound the critics and condemn the innocent. It is an all-out assault against the loud secular voices and the silent liberal and progressive religious voices from both within and from without these organisational monoliths. These marketers of malevolence smell blood in the water. They seek secular defeats by spiritual forces. They hold the "moral high ground" and have transformed it into the "moral imperative." Progressive religious voices fear and tremble as they remain silent or worse, silenced by secular leaders antithetical to any spiritual leadership in the moral crusade of the century.
I have sadly kept the final betrayal for last. The African American civil rights struggle was won by spiritual forces after a century of secular political machinations by friends and foes alike. Dr. King was helped by leading closeted and open gay voices whom he and his widow acknowledged. All their surviving children have embraced the legitimate passage of the mantel of justice and equality to GLBT persons regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religious belief or absence of same.
All, that is, but the eldest and only surviving daughter, the Reverend Bernice King, the new president of the SCLC. Unlike her parents and surviving siblings, Ms. King has joined forces with Akinola, Ratzinger, Dobbs, and countless AA conservative clergy who openly oppose marriage equality despite protections for church and conscience objections. These men and some women are right wing theocrats.
These are the spiritual waters that are competing for the souls of the First Family in the White House. In return, President and Mrs. Obama have visited their major sanctuaries as they continue to play the role of "undecided suitors." What is evident is that liberal and progressive AA voices, from the Episcopal National Cathedral to storefront churches, need not apply.
The Manhattan Declaration is nothing but old wine in new bottles.....old heresies voiced in modern terms.....and a marriage of oppositional organisational and theological forces allied against perceived common enemies. Abortionists and Queers is the new "atheistic Communist" and "liberal Christians" are considered apostate.
It is necessary to tell the old Gospel with a renewed and invigorated voice. It is time to advocate truth over deceit. It is time to call " a white sepulchre" the same way that Christ Himself defined them. These white sheets have grown pointed hoods, and now, it seems, it is impossible to discern Klan Kaps from Episcopal Mitres.

The so-called Declaration begins with a recitation of the Great Decalogue, namely the Two Comandments of Love of God and Neighbour, and in the next thousands of words, makes a mockery of His advocacy of love and compassion over what they define as law. In fact, it is a worldwide call to return to theocracy, especially in nations where there is a separation of Church and State, or where former Catholic theocracies, such as Quebec, Spain and Portugal have revolted into democratic nations granting marriage equality to our community and more, those of us who hold to this "twig" of Christ's Mystical Body outside Papal authority and inquisition.

We, the members of the Royal Lambda Council of Churches, will meet in emergency session this weekend to officially respond to the Manhattan Declaration and issue the Jamestown Manifesto.

In Lambda, only Churches who sign assent to the Lambda Charter of Rights and Freedoms may legally operate within the Dominion of Lambda. Many GLBT Christians practice their faith outside the official recognition of their international bodies. The Roman Catholic Church is forbidden to openly practice their homophobic faith in the Dominion of Lambda. Mainline Protestant Churches who are openly homophobic are also forbidden to openly practice in Lambda.

Roman Catholics, for example, if observant, are communicants of the liberal Lambda National Catholic Church, and its Catholic Apostolic Diocese with more conservative faith and practice. The Anglican Church of Lambda is recognised by the more liberal national and associative GLBT affirming Anglican churches and is only an associative member of the Anglican Communion.

Deputy Prime Minister Carolyn Power today addressed the Conservative Alliance of International Lambda Supporters , in Wilde Province's Chamber of Commerce. The Tory deputy head of government has received political support from Conservative GLBT groups throughout the world, including conservative leaders in the United States.

Prime Minister Decelles-Smith was in Ottawa, Canada for a meeting with Commonwealth Conservative Party leaders, and was expected to return to Jamestown this evening.

"The role of the Conservative Party of Lambda", stated the DPM, " is to discuss economic and social programmes in the light of full freedom and equality for GLBT citizens. We agree with the Liberal Party of Lambda on all issues that divide us outside this GLBT nation."

In fact, Liberal Leader Sandra Lubrano was in Toklas Province discussing similar issues from the Liberal perspective. Deputy Liberal Leader Pall Heinar Einarrson was also present at that meeting and also addressed the crowd and introduced Ms. Lubrano.

Ms. Power's remarks followed her official duties as a reserve colonel in the Royal Lambda National Guard. Aside from the establishment of the Royal Lambda Mounted Police, the RLNG functions as the national militia and border control military component.

In preparing for her remarks, the deputy prime minister was quick to define the Conservative Party of Lambda as "progressive and more descriptive of the now defunct Canadian Progressive Conservative Party before being hijacked by the Reform/Alliance reactionary party." When she refers to American politics, the American dual national reminded fellow Conservative supporters that the liberal and moderate US Republicans were also hijacked by the reactionary racist Dixiecrats, and that she was a "liberal to moderate" in her former nation. "Political labels require definitions," said Ms. Power. Ms. Power and her wife and beloved dogs live in Toklas Province's beautiful Alicetown community.

If you ask the average American if he is liberal or conservative, his or her probable response is "conservative." In my opinion, they would be wrong. After all, the highly partisan and extremely reactionary Republicans still hold power despite losses in 2006 and 2008. Our national political debate is between those Republicans and loosely partisan and extremely diverse Democrats who have surrendered its leadership to the corporate, conservative, moderate Blue Dog wing . The MSM, once a privately-owned entity, with its news division as a "non-profit lost leader" in a for profit business, is now fully for profit. This includes the "infotertainment programming" that passes for the "objective journalism" of the past. We can now discern which network is the visual, aural, printed or virtual arm of the Republican National Committee. We can equally discern who is centrist and afraid to appear the least "liberal or progressive" since a pragmatic president , a conservative Democrat, signed the Telecommunications Act of 1996, in order to win re-election. (As a gay man, I would be amiss if I did not add DOMA that year as well, and DADT at the start of his many betrayals to all liberal partisans.)

Truman, John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson.....and if the truth be known, by progressive Republicans like Theodore Roosevelt, whose wing of the GOP has died the death of dinosaurs. TR knew the "malefactors of wealth" in the Gilded Age. Their great-grandchildren of these Corporate Titans make them appear to have acted like choir boys.
A gift of William Jefferson Clinton was the loss of "mom and pop" radio stations in the nation. As a result of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the free airwaves ( not paid satellite radio ) have become a national duopoly owned by right wing billionaires who have inundated the schedule with three hour programmes of the most successful prevaricators ever to open their mouths. Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity.....reactionary college dropout shock jocks .... and Bill O'Reilly, the graduate degreed reactionary exception......have defined and encouraged the many other reactionary pundits who have a voice and a corporeal presence on Fox News.
If the majority of Americans want to retain Social Security, Medicare and VA benefits as government single payer programmes, and wanted a single payer system for Health Care, how have the Corporate Oligarchs pre-empted the process, and have forced pragmatic conservaDems to vote in the largest compulsory Corporate rape ever malevolently conceived by these villains?
The answer is simple. You vote them in, after they have been punked and bought outrightly by the Corporate Brahmans. The "sacred cow" programmes of Social Security and Medicare and VA Benefits are not removed, but rather, deceptively diminished in its effectiveness, and in its costing. These are the greediest individuals ever produced from privileged wombs. They lie about their support of these programmes, while they strip them gradually, and create loopholes that require supplementary products purchased from greedy insurance giants. They betray their own with lies, and the Sheeple actually vote their Wolves into office against their own economic, political and spiritual values.

Ask yourself why we are ranked the LOWEST among first world industrialised nations in health care, life expectancy,higher education, infant deaths, and simply QUALITY OF LIFE? . The Right Honourable Sandra Lubrano, MP, the Leader of the Liberal Opposition in the House of Commons addressed expatriate Americans who are dual nationals of the Dominion of Lambda. It is believed that national polls suggest that Tory PM Raymond Decelles-Smith will face serious challenges in the polls in mid-2010 if the Liberals continue to grow in popular support.

According to national polls, American citizens believe in the separation of church and state. These same polls state clearly that they consider this nation theistic and nevertheless, opposed to theocracy. This having been said, the Roman Catholic Church, the fundamentalist Christian Protestants, and the Mormons have been especially activist in repealing GLBT civil marriage equality and similar rights.

There are basically three different approaches to confronting these Right Wing Religionists. Each approach has both strategy and theological sincerity in both their implementation and outcomes.
The first approach is to admit that religions and faith systems have the right and responsibility to promote their own moral codes, and within legal and cultural constraints, attempt to influence their members to both live their lives according to their precepts, and to assure that their beliefs are not declared either unconstitutional or illegal in the secular domain. Within this approach lies the responsibility of heterodox believers and non-believers to engage these fellow citizens to assure that the theocratic concerns are addressed and avoided.

The second approach is to identify extreme reactionary theocrats who erroneously believe that they alone hold the moral high ground, and that full freedom, including marriage equality will not only earn perdition for the individual "sinner", but will simultaneously undermine the very nature of the Republic.This strategy confirms the fact that the world's major religions oppose marriage equality and other civil rights for GLBT citizens, and that only an exclusive secular and civil response will win the needed legislation enacted to end the separate and unequal "psychosexual apartheid" in the United States.

The religious leaders within the more liberal denominations advocate pleading with these homophobic theistic religions to cease and desist from engaging in secular warfare, and to acknowledge that many civil laws may and in the case of civil divorce, are "mortally sinful" for their communicants to engage in. Nevertheless, our GLBT activist clerics remind and admonish, their Church does not advocate against the American civil laws allowing divorce and remarriage. Neither do their civil servants and judges refuse to grant said divorces and remarriages based upon a theological opposition to those acts.

The third approach is the strategy that I both promote and advocate. Regardless of the fact that the hierarchy of the world's largest Christian denomination opposes my civil rights, I do not cede the moral high ground to them. Despite the fact that most of Eastern Orthodox Christianity agrees with them does not add credence to their contention. Never mind the fact that fundamentalist reactionary and theocratic Kristian Klan white supremacists feel that the United States should terminate their separation of church and state for the avoidance of national perdition, I do not cede the moral high ground to them.
There are liberal glbt and gay-affirming heterosexual Christians in this country, and elsewhere. These progressive and enlightened theological voices read the same scriptural authorities, and administer the same sacraments as those who engage in a "scorched earth" policy to bait and switch their paedophilic scandals. These individuals do not use the Bible as their weapon of choice. They are contextual in their interpretation, and not literal with hypocritical subjectivity.
The third approach says that we must admit that the "holy homophobes" are culturally if not actively the majority religion in the nation. These strange bedfellows are engaged in warfare for bodies. Catholics are leaving their Church for Protestantism in numbers not seen since the Reformation. Fear is the catalyst for the second Inquisition, and this time, theological purity is exacted not against Protestants and Jews, but this time, it is the GLBT person, regardless of belief, and in the civil context where theocracy is officially proscribed, but sadly, subtly expressed nonetheless.
GLBT and our allies know the difference between what the Bible "says" and what the Bible "reads". I am also reminded that neither Anglicanism nor Catholicism was established as the official theistic expression in this Republic. I am reminded that the founding fathers were nominal theists and professed Deists. They were clearly the children of eighteenth century Enlightenment. The fundamentalist revisionism is a new phenomena, probably simultaneously suggested to a nation woefully ignorant of its civic and political history. Ask Jay Leno. He has proven those glaring examples of ignorance for decades.
For years now, I have chronicled the same theological wars successfully fought in eight nations where civil marriage equality is legal and culturally accepted by the majority of its population. In many of these nations, the Roman Catholic Church holds the cultural and observant allegiance of a majority in these populations . Spain, once a Catholic theocracy under Franco, has both pluralism and marriage equality. Canada has a majority Catholic population, as does Belgium. Soon, Portugal will complete marriage equality on the Iberian Peninsula. The Netherlands have a split decision among Catholics and Calvinists. Norway and Sweden have established Lutheran confessions. A majority of South Africans are Anglicans. Yet, the Lutheran Scandanavian Churches embrace GLBT Marriage Equality. The ACC and the United Church of Canada embrace GLBT Marriage Equality.
The name of the Rev. Dr. Brent Hawkes,OC and the Most Rev. Dr. Desmond Tutu loom large over the decisions to legislate civil law over the malevolence of the Roman Catholic Church in those nations. Will the United States find such a person to emulate the witness of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.? Do I not remind my readers that the AA Civil Rights successes were not won under the secular but the spiritual umbrella? When has history ever informed us that a subjective secular political issue trumped a moral imperative, even if the "moralists" are disingenuous and derisive of Christian love and compassion?
Those are the choices. Those are the strategies. There are spiritual leaders whom I both love and admire who advocate differently than I do. There are those among them who allow GAY INC to write the script. They advocate gradualism, incrementalism, and compromise to the point of capitulation. This includes gay and lesbian men and women elected to Congress, and appointed to serve in the Obama Administration.

The Dominion of Lambda stands as a beacon of freedom and equality for all GLBT persons and the families, immediate and extended, who love them. We hope and sincerely pray that the United States of America soon join those civilised nations who provide equal justice under law for all its citizens, and resists the apartheid that the Union of South Africa rejected, and four years ago, provided its GLBT citizens with full justice and equality as well.

GOVERNOR GENERAL DELIVERS SPEECH TO INVITED FOREIGN DIGNITARIES

The Governor General's remarks follow:

In 1896, Theodor Herzl, the father of political Zionism, wrote the JUDENSTAAT, the Jewish state. Fifty-two years before the establishment of Israel, the actual Jewish state, Herzl gave cogent reasons why the world needed to establish a homeland for a persecuted community murdered in pogroms, and reviled in politics and literature and Christian theocracies for millennia. Herzl himself could not, at its writing, envision the Final Solution, the Holocaust, that nearly exterminated the Jewish race in Europe, both Ashkenazi and Sephardic communities in diaspora.
The establishment of the Jewish State (JUDENSTAAT) did not imply that all Jews would eventually emigrate to their homeland. Assuredly, implicit dual citizenship was noted. Worldwide able bodied men and women, and even those less able, came to the defence of Israel in its initial formation in 1948, and in the subsequent wars of survival in the last six decades. Zionism had a socialistic component in the kibbutz, where everyone came together with their skills and talents to contribute to the commonweal.
They came for religious freedom and for secular self-governance. They came to create the Jewish state, but did so with the promise and reality of religious and secular freedom for those who did not share their religion, or practice it with the fervency of the orthodox observant person.
It is time to ask if the blueprint for the GLBT state is not upon us. The creation of the Dominion of Lambda is such an exercise in virtual expression of the need for such a nation state. Like Israel, it would not become the home for all GLBT persons, families and supportive friends and extended families, but rather a homeland where all would have citizenship when their native land would persecute them unto death or provide them with inferior rights and privileges.
Like the model state described herein, the world knows that there are now eight and almost nine countries who have full marriage equality while a dozen more provide separate but equal rights to marriage. There are nations who murder us legally and nations who refuse to provide a modicum of rights and remove them with prejudice. However if you seek to survive in the latter nations, you do so at the peril of life and limb, and you need the safety of our own nation state.
Echoing the words of Moses to Pharoah, it is time to say loudly and firmly. We must speak as a world community from all parts of the five continents......PHAROAH (S) .......LET MY PEOPLE GO.... GIVE US OUR OWN HOMELAND .

LAMBDA NATIONAL CATHOLIC PRIMATE CALLS FOR SELF EXCOMMUNICATION LETTER TO ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.

In the aftermath of a worldwide persecution of GLBT Lambda family in diaspora, the Primate of the Lambda National Catholic Church, and the Catholic Apostolic Diocese in union with it, has issued a call for cultural and observant Roman Catholics to self excommunicate themselves formally from the Vatican jurisdiction.

The Lambda National Catholic Church is autocephalous or independent gay and gay-affirming jurisdiction separate from the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic does not recognise the LNCC or the CAD regardless of its Catholic faith and practice and valid Holy Orders. Lambda National Catholics, many of whom were Roman Catholics at one time, could not incardinate formally into their new Church.

The Most Reverend Norbert Breault, DD, LLD, the Archbishop of Jamestown and Primate of the Lambda National Catholic Church has invited all former "cultural" Catholics who oppose the Papal proscription and persecution of GLBT persons nationwide to consider the following formal step and to proceed accordingly:

1) Identify the parish church and the particular diocese in which you were baptised or received into the Roman Catholic Church, and which diocesan bishop confirmed you.

2) Send a letter of self excommunication to the Roman Catholic parish where your baptismal records are kept for posterity. You are considered a Catholic, albeit "lapsed", until you formally excommunicate yourself. It is then that the hypocrisy of their numbers comes to light.

3) Send a copy of the letter to the Roman Catholic archdiocese or diocese where the parish is located. If you attended more than one parish in more than one archdiocese or diocese, send them a letter as well.

4) Notify GLBT and other media in order to count the number of cultural and now former Roman Catholics who have formally left the organisation. If you are still sacramentally observant, write to the LNCC for the names and numbers of gay affirming Catholic jurisdictions in your area.

Dear Most Reverend or Reverend Sirs,

As a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender person, I hold the Roman Catholic Church in contempt for its theocratic agenda in denying me, my spouse and my children my civil rights. It is not necessary to recount my utter disgust at the paedophilic scandals that have identified your Church, nor your determination to scapegoat us in the process. I feel saddened by the fact that hard-earned dollars from sincere Roman Catholic parishioners has been used to advance the agenda in Maine and elsewhere.

It is hoped that you have won a Pyrhhic victory, for the United States Constitution assures me equal rights under law. In attempting to obtain these secular and civil rights, I do not want my former association with your Church to be implied due to the lack of formal rupture.

Therefore, I personally and formally excommunicate myself from the Roman Catholic Church (excommunicatio pro se). Many of us are Christians, and have not experienced such spiritual violence as to lose faith in Christ and His Church, and have found Catholicism outside Rome that affirms our place within His Mystical Body. Others, however, have harboured such hurt and pain that they remain forever outside any belief or organisation that professes a theistic faith.

In solemn ceremony, in the Senate of the Dominion of Lambda, with the House of Commons invited to hear the Throne Speech, the Governor General delivered the speech written by the Tory government recently elected to govern the virtual nation state.

Prime Minister Decelles-Smith and Opposition Leader Lubrano led a delegation of the House of Commons to the Senate to hear the legislation to be proposed at this Opening of Parliament.

The themes discussed were those voiced during the recent election campaign. There are proposals in terms of health care, education and social programmes that have general agreement between both major political parties in Parliament. It was clear in statements made by the Liberal opposition, that the differences lie in depth and extension of programmes proposed by the Tory government. In terms of foreign policy, the theme was Mosaic in its appeal.

Speaking to nations with GLBT Lambdans who hold dual citizenship, the message was clear.

"Either you provide full and equal rights to our shared citizenry, " uttered the Governor General Lee Dorsey, "as have eight nations of the world, or a dozen more with federal recognition approaching full equality, or our message is clear, PHAROAH, LET MY PEOPLE GO." Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Lambdans in diaspora need full protection under your laws. If your intention is to relegate GLBT citizens to permanent second class status, you should provide them with the needed resources and protection of your government . You should assist them to leave your nations permanently so that they can come home from diaspora to a land who loves them."

Without mentioning the nation by name, it was clear that the foreign policy parts of the Throne Speech was primarily aimed at nations, in the Islamic nations who murder our people. In the so-called Christian nations, especially the reactionary theocratic nations led by the United States of America, the repeal of laws providing limited civil marriage rights hung heavily among those with dual nationality with that nation. In recent days, Immigration and Naturalisation requests from American citizens has increased significantly. Certificates of Citizenship for these families, couples and single persons is fast tracked due to a law that expires 31 December 2009. The new Lambda Citizenship Act takes effect on 1 January 2010, and will be more complex to emigrate as easily as the law presently allows.

TORY GOVERNMENT READIES NATION FOR OPENING OF PARLIAMENT AND THRONE SPEECH.

As Monday, November 2, 2009 approaches, the Tory government leaked several pieces of legislation that the Throne Speech will include for consideration by the lst Parliament.

Prime Minister Decelles-Smith's office released several important topics for the House of Commons to consider in the next few weeks.

The topics leaked in this memo suggested that the progressive Tories would introduce the single payer health care programme in the first session.
Liberal Leader Sandra Lubrano, of Toklas Province indicated her general support of the proposed Tory measure, but suggested that it did not fully address the needs of the potential GLBT immigrants throughout the world streaming into Lambda.

The memo suggested that the Environmental Protection provisions, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Carolyn Power, of Toklas Province will be uppermost in the government's programmes. Shadowing for the Opposition is Liberal Deputy Leader Pall Heinar Einarrson, of Wilde Province who has focused intently on polar ice cap melting. Mr. Einarrson, of Wilde Province is a dual national of Iceland (Island).

Provincial legislative elections are also part of serious legislation before the House next week. There is the provision, set forth by the government, to create a bicameral legislature, to mirror the federal, which will be a closed vote of the House. ANGLICAN PRIMATE CONSECRATED AND INSTALLED, COADJUTOR CONSECRATED IN JOINT EPISCOPAL ORDINATION

Her Grace, The Right Honourable and the Most Reverend Elizabeth Rowan-Leigh, Archbishop of Jamestown was consecrated a bishop in Anglican Apostolic Succession today. The ceremony was delayed until after the US March on Washington . The principal consecrator and co-consecrators are noted Anglican bishops worldwide with liberal theological perspectives concerning the ordination of women to Holy Orders and specifically the episcopate.

The ability to accept that the Sacrament of Marriage extends to all Lambda's Anglicans was necessary. At this time, the principal consecrator, a woman bishop, and two co-consecrators, two male bishops, held their names "in pectore and in camera" pending the acceptance of the Anglican Church of Lambda as an associate member of the Worldwide Anglican Communion...despite the fact that the Episcopal Church in the USA and the Anglican Church of Canada has a liberal view on these matters.

In order not to create schism within the Church, the conservative Anglo-Catholics, who are liberal only on sexual theological issues on marriage, but do not accept the ordination of women and maintain an all-male clergy, had a separate consecratory ordination following the ordination of Archbishop Rowan-Leigh.

The Right Honourable and the Most Reverend Mark Upson-Downey was consecrated by gay but conservative Anglo-Catholic bishops and Old Catholic and Catholic Apostolic bishops as co-consecrators. The principal consecrator is also " in pectore and in camera" and is a renowned Anglo-Catholic Anglican bishop of a sister Anglican church, although not yet in communion with the Church of Lambda. Unlike Archbishop Rowan-Leigh, there are no women within the Apostolic Succession of Archbishop Upson-Downey. Later, Archbishop Upson-Downey was installed as the Coadjutor Archbishop with right of succession.

Under synodal agreement, the two major archbishops will be a liberal female and a conservative male, who will rotate the primacy and coadjutor archdiocesan responsibilities. This Anglican compromise mirrors the Lambda National Catholic Church, a liberal archdiocese, with the conservative Catholic Apostolic Diocese of Lambda in communion with it.

LIBERAL PARTY SHADOW GOVERNMENT FORMED

Liberal Leader of the Opposition Sandra Lubrano today announced the shadow members who will function during the first Parliament and the first Tory government led by Prime Minister Raymond S. Decelles-Smith.

In the agreement reached by both parties, Governor General, Dr. Lee Dorsey announced that she would call upon Mr. Decelles-Smith to form the first elected government a few weeks earlier than planned.

This government will be charged to form a government from 15 October 2009 to elections no later than for the dissolution of Parliament no later than six months from 1 November 2009.

LAMBDA NATIONAL CATHOLIC CHURCH PRIMATE ADDRESS CANADIAN ROMAN CATHOLIC PAEDOPHILE SCANDALS

The Lambda National Catholic Church and the uniate Catholic Apostolic Diocese of Lambda Synod of Bishops is an autocephalous Catholic Church independent and without any connexion whatsoever with the Roman Catholic Church.

In fact, the Dominion of Lambda has clearly noted that the Roman Catholic Church's own doctrinal and disciplinary positions make it impossible for that particular church, and other homophobic Christian denominations, from legally operating within the Dominion of Lambda. To that end, the Roman Catholics, both liberal and conservative theologically, met and created a new jurisdiction, the Lambda National Catholic Church and its very conservative diocese, the Catholic Apostolic Diocese of Lambda, as a uniate church in communion with it.

The LNCC ordains women to all grades of Holy Orders, from deacon and priest to bishop. All clergy are either married or celibate. The LNCC has one archdiocese in Wilde Province, with a diocese in Toklas and in King Province. The Catholic Apostolic Diocese of Lambda is headquartered in Jamestown, Wilde and has parishes in all three provinces. Men alone serve in all three grades of Holy Orders, and can marry, but only celibate men or widowers may become bishops following the Orthodox polity. The diocese also has a Uniate Byzantine Catholic Apostolic parish in Jamestown.

Archbishop Norbert Breault, Archbishop of Jamestown and Primate of the Church, asked all Lambda National Catholics to pray for the victims of Roman Catholic paedophile scandals, and for the current scandal involving the Roman Catholic Church in Canada. Canada is one of our eight nations with full marriage equality, and was persecuted by the Roman Catholic hierarchy, including the bishop who has been indicted and charged with child pornography and who presided over a diocese with over CAD$15M in lawsuit damages paid by average Roman Catholic families. Archbishop Breault again reiterated the valid Catholic presence in Lambda with the independent Catholic Church in Lambda.

The full text of his remarks stems from the Gospel of Saint Matthew, the eighteenth chapter beginning at the sixth verse:

"But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea." Matthew 18, 6 King James Version, New Testament, Christian Bible."

As a Protestant of the English Reformation, with a strong influence of Catholic faith and practice, unadulterated by the heretical influences of the Church of Rome, I am incensed to the point of paralysis in reading about the Canadian Roman Catholic bishop accused and indicted by the Canadian government of possession of child pornography.
Ironically, it was this bishop charged by the Canadian Church to personally arrange for fifteen millions of dollars to compensate victims of child abuse by his priests in his Nova Scotia diocese. Incidentally, observant and practicing Catholic families donated those millions of dollars to their Church who in turn, betrayed those families in the most cruel and irreparable fashion. When I couple this fact, with the way in which they harm good gay and lesbian same sex persons, couples and families, my anger is both justifiable and intense.
According to the CBC, and the ADVOCATE, Bishop Raymond Lahy, 69, resigned his diocese on Saturday and has disappeared. Rumours as to his whereabouts include the allegation of criminal collusion by the Roman Catholic Church itself. His resignation from his diocese was accepted, but the sacramental process has begun to inhibit him from the exericse of his episcopate, and including his priestly faculties. His formal deposition from both the episcopate and the priesthood would occur, pro se, upon his conviction in a secular court.The canonical court would be summoned statim, and the deposition would occur with breakneck speed.
To add to the anger that every Christian feels, especially mothers and fathers of children, a United Nations spokesman for the Vatican, and presumably for the Bishop of Rome, Dr. Josef Ratzinger, told the world press that the " majority of child abusers are Protestants." That is not only a lie, Dr. Ratzinger, but a damnable lie. The historical hypocrisy of the Church of the Babylonian Captivity knows no shame.
The history of the Roman Catholic Church is well documented for two millenia, and the murders, tortures and sexual perversions of the Mother Church of Christianity is documented and known to all ecclesial scholars. The Reformation was the result of the initial corruption, and now as the third millenium begins, a second reformation is clearly indicated.
There are differences between observant and cultural Roman Catholics, but it could be argued that eight out of ten Christians in the world are Roman Catholics, or Uniate Catholics in full communion with the Roman Catholic Church. No other Church - Greek Orthodox Churches in or out of communion with the Phanar - Anglicans - Old Catholics - Lutherans - Calvinists - Methodists - Presbyterians or thousands of other modern groups calling themselves Christians - has been highlighted as having a pandemic level crisis as had the Church of Rome. On its face, and considering the historical evidence, the charge by the Vatican is both spurious and malevolently disingenuous.
As a person who has done extensive graduate study of comparative theology and ecclesial history, the history of the Roman Catholic Church has been written many times by Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox scholars. The history of the Church's scandals invite an in-depth study into the seven deadly sins visited upon the good and holy persons by the most evil and wicked antithesis of Christ ever conceived and born of woman. The most horrific of these individuals have worn the triple tiara of the Roman Papacy, or made claims to that throne, often two or three simultaneously.
You name the vile behaviours.....murder, rape of adults and children, torture and starvation......not only in this century but corruption spanning centuries that brought about the revolt ....the needed revolt that spawned the Reformation.....and if history is prologue, it is time for the Church as a whole, and the Roman Catholic Church among others, to stop the spiritual violence and scapegoating of moral and decent persons in order to translate and transfer the discussion from vile, felonious and criminal acts of these immoral Catholic bishop and priest perverted felons to the innocent victims, the GLBT community.
Dr. Lahey needs to surrender NOW and stop the additional pain inflicted upon his many victims, for he shares his priests' criminality. If convicted, Dr. Lahey needs to spend the rest of his life in prison, never to be allowed near one of our precious children.
The Roman Catholic Church in Canada owes the GLBT Canadian community an apology for their vile acts against us. Thank God for the Protestant Churches who stand and have stood with Canadian Christians, and Canadian citizens regardless of belief.
The Roman Catholic Church of Maine, literally neighbours of Maritime Canada, must and should be put on notice. Dr. Malone, acting on orders from Dr. Ratzinger himself, must stop the spiritual violence and the secular and civil campaign against the rights of civil marriage for Maine's citizens. Same-sex couples with children must be protected from your Church in many different ways too numerous to mention here.
Catholic canon law forbids divorce, yet you do not engage and campaign against that civil discordance with your beliefs. Their selective and capricious decision to attack the GLBT community is informed by their secular homophobia camouflaging their theological proscriptions in contravention of modern science and Christian liberal sexual theology. Those Churches affirm the sanctity of same-sex unions, and partner with secular allies in proclaiming the civil and legal rights of all Maine GLBT citizens.
It would be my hope that Maine's newspapers make the story of Dr. Lahey, the former Bishop of Nova Scotia, known to Maine's Catholics and other anti-GLBT and same sex family theocratic organisations. Maine's Roman Catholics are a heterogeneous faith community. Many Maine Catholics support the GLBT community and fight for our rights.
However, those who have heard Bishop Malone should ask him about Bishop Lahey next door, and ask him one simple question......Among the Catholic hierarchy, as a Catholic parent with young children, who can I trust? Is it that wonderful gay or lesbian couple with their lovely children needing marriage equality, or is it the Roman Catholic bishops voicing their malevolent views on morality and ethics?

ELECTORAL COMMISSION PONDERS ANAMOLY FOR FIRST ELECTIONS.

The Lambda Electoral Commission met in private session last night with the leaders of both the Liberal and Conservative Parties to determine whether or not the election of 150 members of the new House of Commons - all without contest due to the number of candidates - should not occur on Tuesday, October 2, 2009.

The results being known in advance, it will allow the Electoral Commission to certify that the Conservatives have won election to form a government and that the Liberals are in loyal opposition.

The Governor General of Lambda can then call Mr. Decelles-Smith to form a government early, and to take office as prime minister on October 15, rather than November 1 as previously stated. The six month term will be extended for the first parliament only, and the term, a vote of no confidence notwithstanding, will end as previously noticed, on May 1, 2010.

In the two subsequent weeks, Tory Prime Minister Decelles-Smith will confer with Liberal Leader of the Loyal Opposition Sandra Lubrano to request the names of the 20 Liberals she would like appointed to the Lambda Senate, to join the 30 Tory senators he will appoint. Senators in Lambda will serve by appointment and vacancies will be filled by the current government. There are 50 senators in the Lambda Senate.

The majority of party MP's will also determine who will appoint a provisional premier for the provinces...Wilde, Toklas and King Provinces. Information from Parliament Hill in Jamestown will be published as soon as the information is received.

ARCHBISHOP-ELECT ELIZABETH ROWEN-LEIGH ADDRESSES ANGLICAN CONFERENCE.

The Most Reverend Elizabeth Rowen-Leigh, Archbishop-elect of Jamestown and Primate of the Anglican Church of Lambda addressed the General Convention of the Church.

Archbishop-elect Rowen-Leigh and her coadjutor, Archbishop-elect Mark Upson-Downey, will be consecrated to episcopal dignity in Apostolic Succession later in the month of October, 2009. Many Anglican and autocephalous Catholic groups outside Rome have expressed a willingness to consecrate the bishops, and help ordain or regularise their deacons and priests.

Archbishop-elect Rowen-Leigh was born, raised and educated in the United States of America. This portion of her address speaks to the plight of Lambda dual nationals and other GLBT Americans and others who are suffering under Right Wing Theocratic Religionists who pose as "Christians" with the complicity of those GLBT persons who are the victims of spiritual violence and have become totally antithetical to their former beliefs. Her address included these thoughts:

My paternal grandmother's favourite saying was: " A person's vices are the overextension of their virtues." This reality was understood by me, then her ten year old granddaughter, rather easily. The seven deadly sins and the seven cardinal virtues were two sides of the same thoughts. " Thoughts are things, Elizabeth" , she would admonish me. Now in the middle of my fifth decade in this life experiment, I understand it all too well.
My Christian faith, whether Protestant or Catholic, or both...as I am theologically....speaks to the freedom of conscience from both perspectives. It speaks to love and compassion, the Golden Rule. It speaks to social justice, and to see everyone as having the soul divinity within them. It speaks to seeing Christ Himself in everyone you meet, regardless of their earthly circumstances. The earliest Christian communities - the five first fellowships...in Jerusalem, in Antioch, in Constantinople, in Alexandria, and eventually, in Rome - were developed on a communal module. Christians bartered among one another for their temporal needs. The temporal meal mirrored the Eucharistic feast. It spoke to eternal love and sharing.
How, therefore, were the scriptures of communal sharing transmogrified into the scripture of greed and the virtue of selfishness? Why was Ayn Rand and her ilk able to hijack the Christian message of compassion? The answers are complex and simultaneously, not complicated.
First of all, the faith of a humble carpenter, and discipled principally by fishermen, and common labourers, became the state religion of Roman Emperor Constantine. With official establishment came more than the end of murderous persecution. With it, came wealth, power and prestige of office. Simple vestments of the catacombs became threads of gold and silver and precious gems. Simple cups became ornate chalices....and the dark, dank and malodorous catacombs became ornate Roman and later Gothic cathedrals, wafting with the odour of fragrant incense mixtures.
The people of Word and Sacrament became hierarchical and theocratic quite quickly. The Church of Rome became a temporal power, and informed the Western Church for a millenium and a half. Greek or Byzantine Orthodox Christianity was temporally overthrown by Islam in the seventh century, and has lived within that tent for that same period. The Patriarch of Constantinople lives in Istanbul at his monastery called the Phanar. He is by law a Turkish citizen from the Greek community there. The Roman Pontiffs ruled most of Italy as the Papal States until 1870, and the Lateran Treaty of 1929 by the fascist Mussolini, created the Vatican City State.
The Eastern Churches have had their schisms. A schism is breaking a political or social bond, but not a serious theological breach. The Western Church, however, had so corrupted the Carpenter's message that a Reformation occurred first rather starkly in Geneva, and later in Germany and the Low Countries and Scandanavia with Luther, and the most compromisory between Catholicism and Calvinism...the English Reformation of the Anglican experience. The seventeenth and eighteenth century produced the Enlightenment, that initially informed the Deistic and Unitarian/Universalist founders of the United States.
The Industrial Revolution found full expression when in 1886, the SCOTUS gave corporations the rights of individuals. In about a century and a half, this Crony Capitalism has found a theocratic religion willing to accomodate its beliefs to it. They found such individuals in the Christian South. Remember that in the Civil War, only the Roman Catholics and the Episcopal Church did not separate into two camps.
Otherwise, the USA and the CSA had different denominations of the same faith system....in essence, the Northern variety was evangelical and communal and imbued with the social gospel...abolition was part of it. The South was informed by its economic and political accomodations made to its faith. The Southern Baptists, quoted Paul to give support to the ownership of slaves.
In the middle to late nineteenth century, the FUNDAMENTALS OF CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES....which from a theological perspective is absolutely false and heretical doctrine to the majority of Christians, gained support among the Crony Capitalists. The Capitalists had found their religious doctrine and their religious leaders to contain the masses and give them "moral cover" while they economically raped and pillaged the wealth of a nation. Their own ethical and moral conduct would be beyond reproach, on any endeavour, because God Himself had appointed them to their rule and subjugation of the masses born to serve them.
So, when GLBT and straight liberals and progressives cede the moral ground to these "FAUX CHRISTIANS", they are deceived and derided for their ignorance. The Washington DC boarding house of the "Christian Mafia, Dobson and his FOF, the right wing theocratic think tanks, the Rick Warren and the AA Black Clergy Homophobic Alliance, and the meisters of think tanks and faux universities, Pat Robertson and the late Jerry Falwell, are their disciples of deception.
I am afraid that the outcomes on all liberal and progressive issues - GLBT - Health Care Reform - Iraqi and Afghani Wars - etc... are all informed and controlled by nefarious forces that have more to do with the seven deadly sins that my grandmother spoke of....the antithesis of the seven good ones. It is about that fight, that battle, that we must wage. It is about information and awareness, and speaking the truth....CHRISTIANITY AND THE AMERICAN DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM WERE HIJACKED....and using the power of language, and utilising the skills of malevolent spinmeisters and propagandists like Frank Luntz among others, the American sheeple are raped of their very desires as well as their very own treasure.

History Department Chair Dr. Jennifer Stein-Cohen today moderated a seminar discussing the moral imperative for the creation of the Dominion of Lambda. Several themes were discussed, including the resurgence of aggressive acts against GLBT persons worldwide, including murder.
Hate crimes are rising in first world as well as third world nations and Islamic theocracies.

Dr. Stein-Cohen remarked how much the rise of the brownshirted SA prior to Hitler's chancellorship and a year later, as totalitarian dictator, led to the acculturation of anti-Semitism.
Kristallnacht and the Nuremburg laws after rising to power, made the German people catatonic to the racism and murderous hatred in their midst. Overnight, the psychotics were in charge of the asylum, and it was too late to stop it. Herzog's call early informed the Jews in diaspora to find a nation to accept them. As the film SHIP OF FOOLS illustrated clearly, no nation wanted members of either the Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jewish tribes in their country. Many of these first world states actually had Nazi sympathisers and others who shared the anti-Semitism. If a whole race was unacceptable, then " homosexuals, gypsies, or the insane" were easy prey as well.

An important point that Professor Stein-Cohen made was the brief timeline it takes to escape with more than the clothing on your back. On Wednesday, September 30, at 12:01 AM EDT will be the deadline for declaration of candidacy for the Parliamentary elections from October 1-31, 2009. The Governor General will invite the victorious majority party to form a government on November 1, 2009.

The length of the Parliament, unless a vote of no confidence prompts an early election, or the majority calls an early election, will begin on November 1, 2009 and end on May 1, 2010.

The first elected Parliament after the provisional government will also name the majority members of the appointed Lambda Senate, with a few seat majority for their party. Vacancies for any reason are replaced by the Lambda Government when necessary.

There are 150 ridings (districts) of the House of Commons and 50 members of the Lambda Senate as of November 1, 2009. At present, 138 candidates have been officially declared by the Liberal and Conservative Parties. Independents must declare whether or not they will caucus with the Liberals or conference with the Tories.

All "official " followers of this blog are presently candidates for the House of Commons. Other individuals have contacted the government for candidacy petitions that were processed and accepted. The Electoral Commission established by the Provisional Government has set the first Parliamentary elections for a month of voting, October 1-31, 2009.

The Governor General of Lambda, the Right Honourable Mrs. Lee Dorsey, M.D., will then invite the Leader of the appropriate party to form the First elected Government of Lambda, on November 1, 2009 for a six month term of office, or until the government fails a vote of confidence in the House of Commons.

The Right Honourable Raymond S. Decelles-Smith, of Wilde Province, is the Leader of the Conservative (Tory) Party of Lambda. He is the provisional prime minister of the Commonwealth nation. The deputy leader is Ms. Sandra Lubrano, of Toklas Province, who is president of the Royal Lambda WOW Family Promotion Society, promoting lesbian and gay families in the nation.

The Leader of the Liberal Party of Lambda is Ms. Carolyn Power, of Toklas Province with Pall Heimer Einarsson, of Wilde Province, as the deputy leader.

THE ELECTION INFORMATION:

There are three provinces in Lambda......Wilde Province....Toklas Province.....and King Province. There are predominant populations in each, but all Lambda citizens are free to live anywhere in the nation. Wilde Province is predominantly gay couples....Toklas Province is predominantly lesbian couples....and King Province is predominantly gay-affirming heterosexual couples. It appears that transgendered couples find support and loving acceptance throughout all three provinces.

The national capital is Jamestown, located in King Province, named after the gay sovereign, James I (Stuart) of England and VI of Scotland.....who commissioned the King James version of Holy Scripture...whose Elizabethan prose has, ironically, been used to persecute GLBT Christians and others equally, that is, until the creation of the Dominion of Lambda.

ARCHBISHOP BREAULT ADDRESSES "WOUNDED SOULS IN AN ENLIGHTENED NATION"

The Royal Lambda Religious and Philosophical Society held an Oecumenical Evening of Prayer and Sermon on Wednesday, September 23, 2009. All of the major Church and Philosophical Society leaders were allowed to either join in prayer, song or speech for the event.

Dignitaries included everyone from the primates of the various Christian denominations, Jewish Rabbinical Associations, and other major religious bodies. There were also wide differences evidenced by the president of the Royal Lambda Atheistic League, who spoke for a half hour on the right for all beliefs, including atheism, to gain respect with the Lambda community.

Archbishop Breault is the primate of the Lambda National Catholic Church, a valid but autocephalus Catholic jurisdiction outside the Roman Catholic Church. Lambda does not recognise the right of the Roman Catholic Church to legally operate within the borders of Lambda because the Vatican does not recognise the major tenets that founded Lambda, on the secular level, and disagrees with Lambda's independent Catholics that their marriages are sacramental in nature. The abridged text of his speech follows:

" In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, blessed Trinity, One God, forever and ever, Amen! My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, and more, fellow citizens of the Dominion of Lambda.

The purpose of this Oecumenical Meeting is to strengthen the bonds among all Lambda's faith and religious and philosophical communities, while we simultaneously affirm our own credal beliefs and freedom of conscience and the liberty to exercise them without prejudice in this country.

There are many among you who have the good fortune to have your organisations recognised internationally as part of an international association of like-minded and like-acting individuals.

There are some of you who have been rejected by the major international denominations or jurisdictions throughout the world, and the Lambda observant community stands alone as a beacon to all gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons whether they are also dual nationals of our country.

........Speaking for this branch of Christ's Mystical Body, this small "twig" , we hold to the One, Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church with the validity of Word and Sacrament as we who have affirmed the sanctity of our psychosexual orientation or gender identity as part of His plan for creation and salvation. We reject all spiritual verbal violence as contrary to His Plan for our lives regardless of whom we love. It is rather, how we love, and what that particular love means in our Divine embrace, and the desire to love our neighbours as much as we should love ourselves.

Spiritual violence is insidious. It is both hurtful and harmful. It betrays the trust of a young child who believes with the unblemished eyes of faith and trust in the Church and his family. The paedophile scandals were the most severe and egregious betrayal of innocence that the largest branch of Christendom has inflicted upon itself, and all those who call themselves Christians.

For the GLBT Christian, the spiritual violence goes deeper in theological as well as psychological terms. This is not to say that the Church's greatest scandal does not overwhelm all others. There is much truth that many GLBT Christians under Rome's allegiance were also paedophile victims of these vile men and women. We also speak about the Roman Church's all pervasive crusade against not only our interpretation of Catholic faith and practice, and the freedom of conscience, but against the civil rights and equality under law in many nations that Lambda citizens have dual nationality. MINISTRY OF JUSTICE CALLS ON ALL PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES TO REGISTER BEFORE 1 OCTOBER 2009

The Ministry of Justice today advised all potential candidates for the Lambda House of Commons to register with the government before the deadline, at midnight, on 30 September 2009, with the official list of candidates prepared for posting on 1 October 2009.

There are 150 members of the House of Commons and 50 members of the appointed Senate. The term of a Member of Parliament is six months, or less if a vote of no confidence occurs.

The Dominion of Lambda has the Liberal Party of Lambda and the Conservative Party of Lambda. Those candidates who claim "independent status" must indicate if they will caucus with the Liberals or conference with the Conservatives when they register. Lambda has three provinces - namely Wilde Province - Toklas Province and King Province....and candidates must also indicate which province they will represent.

For the first Parliamentary elections, October 1-31, 2009, the first 150 candidates posted will sit in the House of Commons. The Constitution of the Dominion of Lambda has clearly defined that on both the federal and provincial levels, that capital crimes are set as life sentences without parole rather than the death penalty.

Lambda joins Britain and the rest of the Commonwealth in banning capital punishment. In fact, all first world industrial nations ban the death penalty, while some reserve it for the " most heinous of crimes."

Capital punishment is legal in most Islamic states and in totalitarian states such as North Korea. The most "celebrated" exception to first world nations is the United States of America, who once banned the practice under liberal and progressive governments, and has had it restored since the days of Ronald Reagan. Capital punishment in the United States is both federal and state, but certain states have opted out of the programme. Others, like the state of Texas, lead the nation in capital punishments carried out. It is also legal to give the death penalties to minor children tried and convicted as adults.

There are two places on the planet where THE PINK TRIANGLE is honoured. The first in my heart and mind is in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and the other, ironically, is in Washington, DC, USA. Many of the detailed descriptions of Jews as vermin, rats, and rabid rapists and paedophiles validated the vile hatred and eventual genocide of that race and religion. Observant and cultural Jews, mixed ethnic or race, or Jews converted to Christianity, straight or gay, left or right, it mattered not. However, one thing was true, for it was better not to wear the half homosexual and half Jewish symbol on your prison clothing.Today, most historians are aware that the Allied forces, and even before, the United States of America was aware of the Jewish genocide in Europe. The SHIP OF FOOLS shows that the WASP reactionaries in America, known also by the German American BUND, did not want the influx of Jews from Europe prior to the end of WWII. DUAL CITIZEN OF THE DOMINION OF LAMBDA.

A Certificate of Citizenship was also issued to Mr. Pall Heimer Einarsson. Mr. Einarsson is a dual national of the Dominion of Lambda and the Republic of Iceland. He has immigrated to the virtual nation state in order to experience full freedom and equality.

In Scandanavia, there are two nations with full marriage equality, namely Sweden and Norway. In Denmark, Finland and Iceland, homophobic forces are inhibiting a similar law in those countries.

Mr. Einarsson has immigrated to Wilde Province, and is also a candidate for the House of Commons as a member of the Liberal Party of Lambda.

The interim Prime Minister, Dr. Raymond S. Decelles-Smith, today gave the Conservative Party speech to the virtual faithful nationwide.

Dr. Decelles-Smith spoke to the values that all families share, and want preserved in the culture, society, and laws of Lambda. He reiterated the need for the GLBT state, and that the Dominion of Lambda was the beacon to all those persecuted around the world.

"The formation of a GLBT nation does not mean that we do not honour those opposite-sex families who have joined our nation, and support our need to have freedom and equality for all. We are also parents of children who may mirror our orientation, or may be examples of the heterogeneous complexion of our nation as well."

The Conservative Party of Lambda seeks to preserve what is good and valued in our society as we reject the homophobia and bigotry found in countries whose shores we left to create this model nation state

"We hope to win a majority of ridings in the first Parliamentary elections in October. ROYAL ASSENT TO LAMBDA CONSTITUTION

On September 6, 2009, Royal Assent was given to the new Lambda Constitution. Royal Assent asserts the fact that Lambda is now a constitutional monarchical parliamentary democracy.

The Governor General presented the signed documents to the interim Prime Minister and the Chief Justice of the Lambda Supreme Court, and the Minister of Justice and Attorney General who will put copies of the signed originals in the Royal Lambda Archives.

The Minister of State and President of the Queen's Privy Council did today announce that the Constitution permits the declaration of Open Polls from October 1-31, 2009 for the First Parliamentary Governmental elections. On November 1, 2009, the Governor General will invite the Leader of the winning majority in the House of Commons to form the government.

There are 150 open ridings in the House of Commons. The Speaker of the House is chosen and he is without party affiliation. Each of the seats are designated by province and number in total.

For example....The Honourable....Jane Doe.......Liberal-Toklas 10. The provinces are Wilde, Toklas and King. The federal capital is located in Toklas Province and is Jamestown, named after the gay English and Scottish monarch who commissioned the King James version of Scripture, King James I of England and VI of Scotland (Stuart).

THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL

The Provisional Prime Minister gave a special portfolio to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Lambda the portfolio to determine which religious, philosophical or ethical societies and organisations could function in Lambda under the constitutional guarantees provided to all Lambda citizens and permanent residents.

It was determined that all such organisations, churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, and places of worship or congregation must swear allegiance to the Lambda Constitution and advocate nothing that constitutes treason or other illegal actions or activities.

The Roman Catholic Church, through its Vatican diplomatic emissaries, declared that they could not swear such an oath, and could not openly serve in that country, whose creation they opposed vehemently. The Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Charles Collingwood, indicated that Roman Catholic Church and clergy would not be licenced to operate in Lambda. Embassies and consulates could have Roman Catholic priest-chaplains, but they would not be permitted to function outside the sovereign soil of their own jurisdictions. The Lambda High Commissioner in London informed the diplomatic corps about this reality.

To that end, it was noted that Catholic jurisdictions outside the Roman allegiance, would serve the needs of Catholics in Lambda.

PROVISIONAL PRIME MINISTER DECLARES HIMSELF A TORY.

Provisional Prime Minister Raymond S. Decelles-Smith has declared himself a member of the Conservative Party of Lambda. The former Liberal Canadian and American activist indicated that his social views identified the need for GLBT freedom and equality, but that he was a man whose views on family, faith and society in general are better suited within the Tory party.

To that end, the provisional prime minister is the leader of Lambda Conservative Party. He is also a candidate for the federal House of Commons from Wilde Province.

Ms. Sandra Lubrano, of Toklas has indicated a desire to run for premier of that province, and to seek a seat in the federal House of Commons from Toklas Province as a member of the Lambda Liberal Party. Ms. Lubrano also indicated a preference for the name "WOWie Land" for Toklas Province, named after the famed lesbian writer Alice Toklas, who was lifetime partnered with Gertrude Stein. A name change for a province requires a Constitutional amendment and approval by all other provinces in two subsequent parliaments. A provincial city or capital name change does not require that approval, however.

Candidates can declare themselves as soon as they receive Certificates of Citizenship for Lambda. The first 150 members with whatever majority will form the government, while the other party will be in loyal opposition.

THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT ACTS.....

The interim Provisional Government today passed, and Royal Assent was obtained for the new Lambda Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

The Supreme Court of Lambda also affirmed by unanimous vote, the codification of all laws in full conformation with the new Constitution.

The other laws passed by the Provisional Parliament are as follows:

1) The Lambda Marriage Act.....which grants any two adult persons the right to contract marriage in the Dominion of Lambda. The law also grants any citizen or non-citizen to contract a legal marriage within the virtual boundaries of the Dominion of Lambda.

2) The Lambda Hate Crimes Act.......which guarantees that hate crimes are first degree felonies and are punishable severely according to the Federal Penal Code. Any crime that includes provable cause that the assault was motivated by hatred based on established criteria.

3) The Lambda ENDA law.......guarantees that discrimination in Lambda for the reasons specified are illegal. This law includes protections for gender identity as well as psychosexual orientation.

4) The Lambda Uniform Code of Military Justice......guarantees freedom for all psychosexual orientational Lambda citizens and differing gender identity.....can openly serve in the Lambda Armed Forces and the Royal Lambda Mounted Police.

The Provisional Parliament also codified the existence of the Liberal Party of Lambda; the Conservative Party of Lambda; and provided for elections during the entire month of October for the federal parliamentary elections.

The Provisional Parliament also passed legislation for the printing of Dominion of Lambda tee shirts and other insignia items for the identification of Lambda citizens. The Parliament also formed a committee to investigate the printing of Certificates of Citizenship and Passports for the Dominion of Lambda.

in the Majority Party are asked by the Governor General in the name of the Crown to form a government.

The Leader of that party becomes the Prime Minister.

The Leader of the minority party in the Commons becomes the Leader of the Loyal Opposition. The Opposition Leader will appoint Members who will shadow the Ministers with the specific portfolios.
