The Liberals "caucus", and the Tories (Conservatives) "conference". That is just the beginning of the differences between our two visions for Lambda. However, we are in agreement with full freedom and equality for all citizens of Lambda, be they straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender. Now, for the first time, what divides us are not social issues, but political and economic issues for the virtual nation state.
It is not a "given", for example, that the Liberals will form the first six-month government. It is not certain whether they can form a government that will last without a vote of no confidence and a call for new elections. Will the Tories win the right to form a government and govern the virtual nation with laws that might highlight their principles of governance?
THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY OF LAMBDA calls for GLBT and allies worldwide to petition for a Certificate of Citizenship, and then to declare candidacy for a Tory seat in the House of Commons. There is NO LEADER of the Conservative Party of Lambda at the present time.
THE LIBERAL PARTY OF LAMBDA has also sent out a worldwide call to GLBT and allies to seek Certificates of Citizenship and then to declare candidacy for a Liberal seat in the House of Commons. There is NO LEADER of the Liberal Party of Lambda at the present time.
The Right Honourable, the Interim Prime Minister is not a candidate for Leader of the Liberal Party at this time. He is, however a declared candidate as a Liberal for one of the 150 seats in the House of Commons from Wilde Province.
As other candidates declare themselves, we will note them. Liberal Party colours are red....Tory Party colours are blue.....both have a pink triangle and small case lambda letter in centre of the banner.
