Provisional Prime Minister Decelles-Smith noted that many gay and lesbian same-sex families are forced by economic hardship or other equally valid reasons from immigrating to Lambda, despite the fact that they are dual nations of both their oppressive nation and the Dominion of Lambda.
Virtual consulates can be commissioned in any city or town in any nation worldwide. Consuls must be citizens of the Dominion of Lambda, and are committed to the GLBT constitutional, moral, political and ethical goals of the new Commonwealth virtual nation.
Interested Lambda citizens who are living abroad, and want their home listed as an Honourary Consulate of the Dominion of Lambda may petition the government for licencing petitions.
